We started with a true passion for meat, food, and love for hospitality and people. The connection of these led each of us to hold gatherings with friends in our own houses, yards, and rooftops. There, we met people with the same common passion. That's where we met each other, that's where we became pitmasters.

We made it our mission to make our unique experience accessible to the general public: a feast and a show that combines the highest quality cuts, from nose to tail, which are carefully treated by us, the pitmasters, from the butchering, seasoning, smoking, and slow roasting over charcoal and wood. preparing & serving food using only live fire with uncompromising culinary innovation.

We opened the first Pitmaster branch, in Petah Tikva, Israel.

After we brought Northern Pitmasters into the family, the second Pitmaster branch was opened in Alonim.
