What does the show include?

- The Pitmaster will host his own uniqe and unforgettable show.
- Huge pieces of meat will be roasted and smoked in a one-of-a-kind fire-wall powered by coal and wood.
- The Pitmaster will decide what you will eat and when, and will ring the bell to announce the serving of the next dish.
- The meat cuts will be transferred to the cutting board and presented to you with explanations of the preparation process.
- The Pitmaster will invite diners to help him prepare some of the dishes during the show.
- Sitting at the show is collaborative; people you don't know will probably sit with you, and it's part of the fun.
- Don't worry; the food will be served separately to your group.
- The entire show is broadcast on massive screens scattered throughout the restaurant.
- The show will be accompanied by happy music that might make you get up and dance.

- The sitting is at colaborative knight tables.
- Upgraded wine, alcohol, and cocktails can be bought for an additional fee, or brought with you.
- Soft drinks are not sold in the restaurant, you can bring your own from home.
- It is necessary to inform in advance about pregnancy, allergies, or sensitivities to particular foods.
- It is possible to request that the dishes be adapted to different types of nutrition - with advance notice only.

We serve whatever type of meat is chosen by the Pitmaster. Of course, only kosher meat is served.

All meats are served according to the level the Pitmaster prefers. If you want a different level, you can ask the staff, and if possible the Pitmaster will roast it, especially for you.
The restaurant only works by making reservations in advance. It is highly recommended to book well in advance. If you want to arrive on a certain date and the restaurant is full, you can register on the waiting list, and if a place becomes available, we will contact you
