Atmosphere
- The Pitmaster hosts the show, explaining each dish and its preparation.
- Massive meat cuts are grilled and smoked over a charcoal-and-wood fire wall.
- The Pitmaster decides the menu and rings the bell for each new dish.
- Cuts are carved and served before your eyes with explanations.
- Guests may be invited to join in the cooking.
- Food is served only to your group.
- The show is displayed on giant screens across the restaurant.
- Upbeat music enhances the experience and may get you dancing.

- All branches are kosher under regional rabbinate supervision.
- Jerusalem branch is Kosher L’Mehadrin under Badatz Rabbi Mahpud.
- Seating is at communal knights’ tables.
- Soft drinks aren’t sold – you may bring your own.
