Where We Came From

Connecting these led each of us to hold gatherings of friends in homes, yards and rooftops. There we met people with the same common denominator. There we met each other. There we became pitmasters

Our mission is to share our expertise with the public through a feast and show that highlight premium cuts, expertly sliced, seasoned, smoked, and slow-grilled over charcoal and wood—prepared entirely with live fire and driven by uncompromising culinary innovation.
